Fraction Flags: Do a couple of the questions on the site to warm up. Then design a flag that is:

a) 1/2 white, 1/8 blue, 1/8 yellow, 1/4 red

b) 1/3 blue, 1/6 yellow, 1/12 white, 2/6 red, 1/12 green

If you have time: Use the print screen key to capture your one of your flags, paste it in Paint, save as a JPEG, and then put it on your blog!

1. Write a post about the book you are doing a report on. Start by telling us the book's title and author.  Then, explain, briefly what the book is  about but don't give away the ending! Who would you recommend the book to?  For example, you might recommend the book "The Cay" to kids who liked Gordon's Korman's "Everest" series.

2.  Go to amazon.ca and search for a picture of the book cover. Copy the picture into your post.
